Oscar has a Doctorate in Environmental Science and Engineering from UCLA, and a Masters in Homeland Security. He was a Research Associate at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Prior to joining Lisus, he founded GR, an environmentalist group with over 5,000 members. Oscar learned salesmanship in the back of a cloth store during his formative years.

Miriam was the Co-Founder and COO of IWC Oil and Gas. A Texas based commodities trader. As COO of IWC, she led the company to $1M in ARR. Before joining Lisus Miriam served as Commodities trader of a Private Company in the construction industry. A native of Southern California, Miriam holds a Bachelor in International Trade and Business from the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
